Do you offer black-and-white photos?

each session comes with all edited photos in color and black-and-white formats.

Can we bring props?

props are highly encouraged! I do have a few options, so feel free to put in requests. :))

WHAT ARE THE TRAVEL FEE RESTRICTIONS?

Travel outside of 20 miles from Craig, Nebraska will require a mileage fee in addition to the cost of your desired session.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE?

Please reschedule within 24 hours prior to our booked time slot. If rescheduling is necessary due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule for the next available date. One reschedule is complimentary to your session - a second reschedule will require a $30 rescheduling fee (excluding inclement weather rescheduling).

WHEN WILL I GET MY IMAGES?

All edited images will be sent to the client's email within 10 days of the session date. If 10 days have passed since the date of the session and you have not received your images, CHECK your email first. If you have not received an email, please reach out on the status of your images. Weddings are exempt from this turnaround time.

DO I PAY FOR THE DIGITAL COPIES?

They are yours to keep! You will receive all edited images along with a print release via a google drive folder. The print release allows you to share on social media for personal use only as well as share with friends & family. Elizabeth Smith Photography will have the copyright for all images. DO NOT alter the images in any way at all. If you choose to share on social media, please give 'Elizabeth Smith Photography' a tag or mention for credit. 

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY IMAGES ONCE I RECEIVE THEM?

Once you receive your google folder, please download the photos via your desired preference as I no longer store pictures after 1 month from the date of the session. If you would like a physical USB flash drive in addition to your digital google folder, please let the photographer know within 1 week of the session. An additional $10 USB fee will be required.

WHY AM I HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING MY IMAGES?

If you are unable to open your images you may have to request access to view the folder. Once access is requested I will grant permission for you to be the editor and you will be notified of your new access. NOTE: You will have Editor abilities so do NOT delete these photos.

WHAT IF I DON'T NEED A FULL SESSION?

Follow along on Facebook & Instagram to see when I am hosting seasonal mini-sessions. Those are the best way to get a few great images for a lower price in half the time.
